Grupo de acolhimento em saúde mental e reabilitação na atenção básica: uma reflexão sobre potência de dispositivos grupais / A heeding group in mental health and Rehabilitation in a basic health care: a reflection about power in a group staff

O texto relata o processo de construção de um dispositivo de recepção para a demanda de Saúde Mental e Reabilitação em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde localizada na periferia de São Paulo, território marcado por alto índice de violência e pela exclusão social dos moradores. A implementação na Unidade Básica de Saúde “Jardim Seckler” de um grupo de Acolhimento – com a proposta de ser “porta-de-entrada” para os serviços de Fonoaudiologia, Psicologia, Terapia Ocupacional e Psiquiatria – buscou inicialmente organizar a grande demanda que chegava a garantir o acesso com equidade, um dos princípios norteadores do Sistema Único de Saúde. Aos poucos, essa estratégia passou a ser elemento central na reorganização de todo o processo de trabalho, por fazer repensar a prática e as propostas terapêuticas à partir das necessidades identificadas. Ao mesmo tempo, permitiu a transformação do modelo de atendimento vigente na Atenção Básica. Discutem-se as possibilidades abertas por esta experiência que, ao valorizar a perspectiva grupal, incrementa potências tanto do usuário como dos profissionais da equipe de trabalho. AU

The text reports the construction process of a reception device for the Mental Health and Habilitation demand in a Basic Health Unit located in the out-skirts of São Paulo city, a territory marked by a high index of violence and the inhabitants’ social exclusion. The implementation of a heeding group at Basic Unit of Health called “Jardim Seckler” ¾ with the purpose of being the first step for services in Speech Therapy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Psychiatry ¾ initially sought to organize the great demand from the population and to guarantee the access to the services, with equity, which guides the basic health system device. Little by little, this strategy became the central element in the reorganization of the therapeutic proposals from the needs previously identified. At the same time, it allowed the transformation of the service model on the Basic Health Care. It is debated the possibilities opened by this experience which, when valuing the group perspective, develops both the user’s and the work team professionals’ powers.AU
